Join the Unit.
We don't recruit widely. We recruit precisely. ChevLink Dark is a small, high-trust team of intelligence professionals operating at the edge of what's legally possible.
If you found this page, you're already thinking like us. Positions are occasionally available. All applications are handled anonymously.
What we look for
We don't hire skills.
We recruit character.
Technical ability can be refined. The traits below cannot be taught. If these don't describe you, this isn't the right unit.
01 / CHARACTER
Methodical
You follow evidence. You don't assume and you never fabricate. Every claim is verified. Every source is cited. The work speaks for itself.
02 / CHARACTER
Discreet
You understand operational security intuitively. You don't discuss the work. You don't seek recognition. The outcome matters — not the credit.
03 / CHARACTER
Technical
OSINT is a craft, not a keyword. You've used the tools. You understand the methods. You can teach yourself what you don't yet know.
04 / CHARACTER
Mission-Driven
You're not here for status or a salary. You're here because cybercrime causes real harm to real people, and the work we do matters.

Application Process
No Interviews.
No Resumes.
We evaluate capability, not credentials. Three steps. Entirely anonymous if you prefer.
STEP 01
Submit a Capability Profile
Tell us what you've done, not who you are. Describe relevant investigations, tools you use, and methods you've applied — without names, employers, or identifiers if you prefer to remain anonymous.
STEP 02
Task-Based Assessment
Shortlisted candidates receive a practical OSINT task relevant to the role. There is no interview. We evaluate the work product only. You have 72 hours. There are no trick questions.
STEP 03
Decision within 14 Days
We respond to every application — accepted or declined. If accepted, onboarding is minimal. You'll be operational within a week. If declined, we tell you why.
